I had a jewel that my grandfather cut placed into a 40-year old setting that was my mother’s. It is still my most beloved piece of jewelry. My mother likes to challenge him with her non-conventional style rings that she brings him. Odd shaped stones, intentionally moving pieces, missing pieces, and whatever it may be, Robinette Jewelers gets the job done with precision and superior craftsmanship. For over 20 years my family has gone exclusively to this Jeweler for their dedication to their craft, excellent service, and quality of their in store selection.

Deanna Roberts After 2 years of wearing a ring size adjuster, and very nervous about just hanging my engagement ring over to someone, I found John at Apricot & loved the idea that he does everything in house! No need to worry about sending the ring out to get resized. He was very helpful and super nice! Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!
