I started my grillz order on the 2nd of the month and didn’t receive anything until the 30th—only after I threatened to report them. Before that? Radio silence. They lost my mold, had no system to track anything unless I gave them the exact ticket number (even though I provided my full info), and their customer service was honestly a joke. It wasn’t until I had to say I would report them to Better Business Bureau that they started putting effort in based on what I got shipped to me. Not much
They would hang up on me, promise to call back and never did, and treated my order like it was an afterthought. When the grillz finally came, they were too loose and looked rushed—like they just slapped something together to shut me up.
For $400+, this is completely unacceptable. The product, the process, and the service were all below standard. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, take your business somewhere else.
