nick tardo Got my engagement ring made at Almaz brothers. Ralph was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. The ring came out better than I’d imagined it. My fiancé absolutely loves it, we couldnt be happier. Not to mention the price was unbeatable and was made it a very timely fashion. A Belk Vanessa is the sweetest employee I have ever encountered at a retail store! She was so friendly and helpful, going out of her way to offer assistance to everyone shopping. She was very patient as I tried on a lot of clothes, swapping sizes for me and putting things back. She was super kind and a pleasure to have a conversation with as she was ringing me up. She definitely made a wonderful impression and Francesca’s should consider themselves lucky to have her. I’m writing this review about 2 months later but I kept her name saved, so if she’s still working there then she deserves a promotion or a raise!

Pristine Cleaning My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!
