Amber Love I had an incredible experience at Scherer’s Jeweler. After being told by another jeweler that my necklace was just scrap metal and they attempted to purchase it from me, I decided to give Scherers a call. From the very first conversation, the staff was warm and welcoming. I explained what had happened, and the woman on the phone assured me that she thought it could be fixed. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a gentleman who took a look at the necklace. He mentioned that it was a little tricky but didnt think it would be too big of a job for them. I left the necklace there, and within a few days, I received a call that it was ready for pick-up. When I returned, the same gentleman who assisted me was there. He pulled the necklace from the bag, and I was thrilled with the results! It was absolutely perfect! The customer service was top tier, and I highly recommend Scherers Jeweler!"

Sakora Salley I totally recommend this place! Friendly staff and quick service. The band of my ring was warped and I had called ahead of time to see if they were able to fix it. I went in and they fixed it right in front of me, took no more than three minutes!
