Kayla Sanchez I recently visited gorjana to shop for some jewelry, and I had a mixed experience. Nancy, one of the saleswomen, was incredibly nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didnt even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they werent helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancys kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.

It showed exactly what I was looking for at what seemed to be a much better price, so I called for more information. Johnny, the owner, answered most of my questions and agreed to find out more about things he was unsure of and get back to me, which he did the next day. During our conversations, I learned things I hadn’t known before that might have caused me to make the wrong purchase. Johnny’s knowledge and his honesty relieved whatever hesitation I still had about buying something, sight unseen, from a store on the other side of the country. I felt I could trust him and I was right. From the point of sale to the day of delivery, Johnny handled everything promptly and efficiently, giving me constant updates. The product proved to be everything he described and the appraisal he included assured me that I had made a wise choice. It’s nice to know you got more than your money’s worth, especially when making an expensive purchase. What’s even nicer is knowing you have done business with an honorable person who did his best to make you happy. My fiancé absolutely loves it, we couldnt be happier. Not to mention the price was unbeatable and was made it a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend Almaz brothers to anybody in the Astoria area looking for a jeweler.

Jewelry Fan This was my first visit to your new shop, and I brought in some Morgan Dollars and scrap gold. I was genuinely impressed by the high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. I appreciated the time you took to evaluate everything and ensure I received fair and accurate value. You offered me more for my scrap and Morgan Dollars than two other local shops that I had previously visited. On top of that, I left with a beautiful ring that looks to be in "like new" condtion, for much less than I would have paid retail for anywhere else! I had ordered the incorrect size and the designer was so kind to adjust it for me the next day & polish the rest of my rings. Its so fun to meet and talk to the artists who spend so much time on their pieces. By far my favorite ring I own! Highly recommend stopping in the shop to see some of the beautiful work here
