Jules Rose This is a newer store and I was happy to stop in! Cashier was incredibly nice and you can tell he really does adore his job! The prices in the store arent bad, some items I would say are a bit over marked but overall I really adore this store! Really great place for anybody even if youre not much of a " country fan". Theres a ton of great gifts for all ages as well as some cute home decor! Not only that but it is giving "Hallmark" ! In a great way! Hallmark always has such great gifts and self are items. Definitely stop in even if you just window shop! I also love their vegan and cruelty free options! So many

Dominic Artuso My first time visiting this jewelers store! Great selection and atmosphere inside! I called a day prior to get help with my new Bulova watch as it was extremely loose. I believe the store manager assisted me with taking off links with a small fee. Super friendly and kind staff. Thank you again for all the help and quickness

keith odell I purchased my wifes engagement ring from Doerrer jewelers 10 years ago and received excellent service back then. We recently purchased a 3ct amora diamond for my wife and had some very crappy service when trying to get it set from other jewlers. So..... we decided to pack the kids up and visit Donna. She was friendly, offered us multiple options, and spent a solid hour with us. I STRONGLY suggest shopping here. A++!!!!!!!

Tiffany Aiken He has a new Flea Market area right before the Chinese Buffet. If you like Antique and Vintage Items, he has a lot of items packed into this room. I love to go through the boxes of jewelry, he or one of his employees always gives me a good deal. He has given my husband and I more than one good deal on Gold and Silver Rings or Chains at his store location.

James Pusateri I haven’t had much experience with jewelers until recently. I bought my fiancés engagement ring through a custom ring designer and purchased a warranty to cover pretty much anything. When a couple of the prongs on her ring bent, I submitted a claim and the warranty company told me to go to any jeweler for a repair. We walked into Jered Jewelers in consumer square on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst, NY. We were greeted by one of the top three customer service people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting - Neil Gablenz. He greeted us and made us feel right at home, during what was a stressful time - having brought a very important piece of jewelry in to be repaired. He assured us that we were in good hands, and he was absolutely right. We left the ring and were told it would be ready in about a week. Not even five days later, Neil called and told us it was ready to be picked up. We came back to pick up the ring, and met with Neil again. Still charming, still friendly, so it wasn’t just a one off day that we met him and were absolutely pleased with his customer service oriented mentality. He is the real deal. The repair was perfect. We were so happy with it that we decided to pick out our wedding bands right there in the store. Neil spent a good hour with us as we looked over what felt like every ring in the store. We decided on exactly what we wanted and placed our order. These were being made to order so we were told they’d be ready on August 6. We received a call from Neil on August 3 that they were ready (three days early) so we went in to get them. The rings were as beautiful as we’d hoped and Neil was right there with us as we tried them on - and he shared in our excitement. Great job all around from customer service to quality of the jewelry itself. We are fans of Jered and it’s largely due to Neil as the face of your company that we first met, enjoyed seeing again, and look forward to seeing when we come back for future jewelry needs! I know this is supposed to be a review about Jered Jewelers, and I may have made it a bit of a review about Neil, but as long as he works there - the two go hand in hand to me. 100/10 highly recommend! Customers for life.
