I believe the store manager assisted me with taking off links with a small fee. Super friendly and kind staff. Thank you again for all the help and quickness

From the very first phone call to when I walked in the store, the entire staff was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to help me choose a new diamond that would look beautiful in my setting. I ended up going with a slightly larger stone, and they customized the layout of my ring to make sure it fit perfectly. The process was easy and stress-free, and my ring looks absolutely beautiful now. I’m so thankful for their attention to detail and how genuinely wonderful their whole team was to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone needing jewelry repairs or looking for a trusted, local jeweler!

5 /5 Amber Hlywa: I brought my ring in (not purchased through Welch and Co) for repair after a prong broke. They gave me a timeline, stuck to it, and did a great job. I had a moment of skepticism likely caused by poor experiences elsewhere, but they were able to calmly help show me where their repair was performed versus was what existing, and then I felt bad for doubting them but I liked their transparency and patience. I would love to purchase pieces here in the future, they are great!
