Alex Chinea We had a wonderful experience working with Kathy and Zaltas Fine Jewelers on our custom enagememt ring! We live several hours away and Kathy made the experience easy, fun, and personal. She gave us a crash course in diamonds and helped us deisgn a beautiful ring. We HIGHLY recommend going to Zaltas Fine Jewlers. We cant wait to go back and design our wedding bands!

Mira I am going to say this, and please read keenly. The store itself has great options but there is one big flaw. That woman who has the pink/rainbow hair, she is going to be the downfall of this store. From her attitude, to her impatience. Maybe she needs sensitivity training or something because the way she treats customers is very disrespectful. You can tell that she doesnt like or want to do her job. Shes never positive. Just attitude filled and overbearing. I feel that if you combat this problem your store might have a chance. She needs to be spoken to or let go expeditiously. Dont be surprised if business declines because of her. Her energy is nasty and draining. I dont think Im coming back to this Rainbow. The one further down has much more positive energy. After having to deal with that rude lady, taking the long walk down to the next Rainbow was WELL worth it.

Michael Quiles This place is GREAT! They pay the most for Gold hands down! Family oriented, Felix has given my young son money, on multiple occasions. Simply because he was with me when I went to do bussiness with him. He gave $20 to my son on his birthday out of the goodness of his heart, and a few other times hes given my son $5 here and there just to brighten my sons day which meant and still means the world to me. Ill always do business with Felix @ Gold Leaf Refining! Thanks for brightening our day and blessing us with the biggest payouts out of anybody else!
