5 /5 Laney Woolf: I would highly recommend purchasing from here! Everyone in the store is very helpful and super friendly. Doug helped my husband and I create my engagement ring FROM SCRATCH and it turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I went in looking for a specific ring I tried on years ago while in college (Stella by Devotion... shes beautiful and I would definitely recommend checking her out). I was unsure if I was still into that design, or not. Doug had the ring shipped in from another store, so I could compare it to others in order to get a feel for what I wanted. I tried on ever ring I could, some numerous times. I tried on different cuts and different sized diamonds... Back and forth... this, then that. Doug was so patient and so knowledgeable that I dont think I would have trusted anyone else to create my ring. I found that I had grown out of my Stella phase and my husband and I really liked the marquise diamond. We brought a picture in from the internet and after MANY weeks of drawing and reviewing, we finally said "ok". We were super impressed with how quickly everything was done. It seemed we were always getting the phone call ahead of schedule to move on to the next step of the process. Next thing you know, the ring was completed and I am still, to this day, absolutely blown away at how beautiful it is. I will never regret going through this experience with the Perriwinkles team. It started out as a weekly visit during the "shopping" processes and now its turned into a weekly visit simply to say hi and get my ring cleaned. Lol Doug definitely was as superstar and the rest of the staff we amazing, as well. They deserve many more than five stars. Thanks for listening. 3 /5 james friery: I came in earlier today to get a link removed. The conversation with the sales representative was pleasant for the most part, but she initially asked if I received my watch through an inheritance. Im not one to take offense to something like this normally but that struck me as an odd thing to say at the moment. Is there something about my appearance that gives an "inheritance" vibe? The brand in question is one thats only sold at the flagship store, and I happen to own several for what its worth. The model in question is the newest as well, about 20 years after grandpas time. Just an odd thing to say, and thought it was worth mentioning. Maybe Ill think twice about shopping here if backhanded comments are thrown around, I expected a little less pretention in Watertown, NY.

4 /5 Jacqueline Torres: The lady at the counter was very friendly in helping me to find a wedding ring that would line up nicely with my engagement ring. The quality of it was exquisite. They lose a star because they told me I would have my rings back (my engagement ring and wedding ring were being bonded) in 2 weeks. In reality, it took a month. Rather than lie about a timeline to keep our business, we would have preferred honesty. We had no issue waiting a month, however don’t tell us it will be a quicker turnaround then become agitated when we call for updates.

5 /5 Bruce Danner: Over the last two months, my husband Bruce and I have had a fabulous experience with this jeweler. I inherited some pieces and with Kim and Scotts expert help, broke them up and recreated some beautiful jewelry that I actually am excited to wear. I had an idea what I wanted, but Kim gave invaluable advice every step of the way and doubtless saved me from some poor choices. From parts of two outdated rings and a set of earrings, I now have a lovely solitaire pendant and beautiful dangling, four-diamond earrings. A three-diamond ring that was reset, and enhanced with halos, is now a showpiece. My husband ordered a new double milgrained wedding band in rose gold, which they had specially made for him without our having to commit to its purchase before we saw it (needless to say, he loves it). They also created cufflinks for him from jewelry left me by my grandfather. They cleaned and restrung some pearls, which went from dowdy to gorgeous, and did an incredible job cleaning an intricately engraved pocket watch from 1898. As I live over an hour from Watertown, this necessitated some work over the phone and via FedEx, all of which was managed easily, thanks to Kim. Overall, Kim, Scott, Mike and Amber were outstanding to work with and I do not hesitate to recommend them. If there were six stars, Id use them all.

I ended up with a beautiful wedding band that I absolutely adore. Huge plus is that they do free cleanings on both my engagement ring and band for free, anytime!
