We went to 4 different places and either they didn’t carry them, or they had a small selection, or they just had ugly stuff. At this point we were frustrated and drained. I called Bjeweled and from the first phone conversation I knew it was going to be our last stop. The owner was super helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. He even sent me some photos! Once we got into the store the service was EXCELLENT. Within seconds we had 2 people offering to help us- even though the store was busy and there were a lot of customers. The person who helped us was patient and not pushy at all. My fiancé needed a lot of time to make a decision and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all! He was also very discreet about pricing so I could gift the cufflinks without being tacky. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Despite my efforts to find a trustworthy jeweler for resizing, I had yet to discover one who could accommodate a same-day turnaround, would do the service in-house, who was friendly on the phone and whom I had faith in. My dad suggested I visit Valle Jewelers while I was in town, and I couldnt be more grateful that I did. From our very first phone call, where I inquired about the possibility of a same-day sizing, to the moment I walked out the door with my engagement ring fitting perfectly, the entire experience was delightful. On the phone, Carrie worked with me to put together a plan that would work with my schedule and theirs for the best luck of a same-day sizing. In the store, the team radiated warmth and hospitality, making me feel right at home. I had complete confidence that they would take exceptional care of my ring and provide a fair price for their services. Even though I live in North Carolina, I will undoubtedly turn to Valle for all my future jewelry needs. Their professionalism and genuine care immediately won me over!

B Paige Big Ben Jewelers did an absolutely amazing job creating my custom wedding ring using an heirloom ring which belonged to my grandmother. Anthony demonstrated amazing skill and expertise, melting down the original ring and using the existing diamonds (plus adding a few more) to create the perfect ring for me. They truly took their time with my family, ensuring the sizing and style was perfect for us. My mother and husband spent time consulting with Suzie and Anthony to ensure the ring was completed prior to our trip abroad. Thank you so much Suzie, for making sure my ring was done before our trip.. even having the ring expedited. The quality of the work completed was invaluable and Big Ben offered extremely reasonable prices for their high quality stones and services. Sky King This story is from many moons ago, but the first time I went into the shop I got a ton of help from the lady that assisted me. She helped me pick the right material for my first David Yurman so the knowledge was helpful there. The choice was between a leather strap and a rubber one as I live a more active lifestyle the rubber was more fitting. Fast-forward three months, my cat also thought the rubber bracelet was fitting and decided to chew on it in the middle of the night. So I woke up to a $2000 bracelet in pieces. You can imagine my dismay. Needless to say I brought it back to David Yurman, for repair, and they had the bracelet for about 6 months I had to call them to confirm the bracelet was ready to be picked up at the six month point because I couldn’t believe it was taking so long. Come to find out the bracelet had been ready for about a week or two and they looked in their service log to see if they had called and told me and they hadn’t. To make up for it the repair was free or heavily discounted. I can’t remember, but it felt free with what they gave off and I was completely happy with that so I champion the store for its staff and if they were to ever make a mistake, hold themselves accountable and that’s all I ask from high-end luxury brands. I know I’m over spending, treat me better than gap employees would. This store does that in spades. 10/10 would recommend
