Lovely Lynnie Upstairs there are different sections for different types of handmade trinkets and accessories! I saw handmade jewelry, soaps, candles, clothes, and more. Downstairs there were even more variety of shops to look through! Each shop owner I met was so passionate and sweet. There were more curated clothing, jewelry, and accessories there too! For anyone who adores handmade, vintage, and y2k aesthetics, you should definitely visit!

yvette giraldo I had an amazing experience at the Zales store in Syracuse. India and James were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. They went above and beyond to assist me with my wedding ring upgrade. I am so grateful for the sensational team at Zales Syracuse that takes care of their customers. I would happily drive to Syracuse anytime, knowing that India and James will be there. I am truly thankful for all their help.

Samantha Doyle-Sharma The store is neatly organized and clean. The manager was very kind and helpful. The jewelry is varied and we learned that they even have mens watches! We got more than what we came for and were signed up for the bonus program which sends coupons to use based on spending and milestones. Very pleased!

DILIA I would give 100 stars if I could! THE BEST EXPERIENCE!! I came here to help my brother find an engagement ring for his partner and we found the most incredible one-of-a-kind ring. At Samantha’s not only are they the kindest people, they are also incredibly knowledgable about all their jewelry. To learn about the history of the stone was amazing! The work, impeccable. The prices are so reasonable. Something similar would have easily cost double or far more somewhere else. I honestly could not say enough about how wonderful the experience is there. We came back to purchase the wedding rings and my brother and his wife are so so happy. I have since bought a beautiful necklace. We are all lifetime customers now. You should be too. Trust me.

Bryan I would recommend Olde Saratoga to anyone. The staff are very welcoming, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the fine details. I recently sold my coin and currency collection to them. I received in depth explanations on how they valued each item and I was satisfied with the the offer they made. I would most certainly go back to them in the future.

He is an honest man and doing this for over 20 years. I read all the reviews before calling so I completely trusted him. Glad I found him and would use again.
