1 /5 Eileen Miloff: Do not take your items here for repair. My husband dropped off 3 watches, two for new batteries and one for a new band and more than a week has passed. He received a call today that items were ready, then got a second call that clerk was going home sick. She did offer to wait but we had a prior commitment. Perhaps their jewelry selection is nice but repair process is painfully slow. Update: store was open at 2:00 last Friday. Stopped at 3:00 and store was closed. Note on door said would be back next day at 11. Went again; OPEN sign on, door locked. No response to knocks or phone calls. Could not leave message aa there is no machine.

1 /5 Phil Wubbolt: Took 4 weeks to have the wrist band on my watch resized. When I stopped in at 3.5 for a status update, I was met with contempt and given attitude for asking and was told I had “poor planning” when dropping my watch off and hoping to have it back before I went out of town.
