As someone whos never bought jewelry before, but didnt want to go to a big box store for an engagement ring, I had no idea where to go until a friend recommended James. James made me feel safe and confident in my purchase. He gave me an excellent price for a beautiful diamond and I couldnt be happier. The future wife loves it too. :)

I needed a day to think of the ring cause the amount of stunning stuff they have Bonnie the sales lady offered me her personal cell # for when I do decide The next day I reached out to her after work hours And got my ring purchased while the store was already closed and had it ready to be taken the next day to get sized I’m in shock how 2 days later I get it by my door sized to my size Wow wow wow the service is unreal Bonnie is the best!!!! Jules Rose This is a newer store and I was happy to stop in! Cashier was incredibly nice and you can tell he really does adore his job! The prices in the store arent bad, some items I would say are a bit over marked but overall I really adore this store! Really great place for anybody even if youre not much of a " country fan". Theres a ton of great gifts for all ages as well as some cute home decor! Not only that but it is giving "Hallmark" ! In a great way! Hallmark always has such great gifts and self are items. Definitely stop in even if you just window shop! I also love their vegan and cruelty free options! So many

Shalika A huge thank you to Blue Nile for getting our rings to us in such short notice by our wedding day. I had a last minute court marriage and ordered the rings less than a week before. We knew that there was a possibility they wouldn’t come in time because the ship date was our wedding day. However, we called Blue Nile a couple of times and customer service was so kind and understanding. They helped expedite the process by a couple of days and we were able to get our rings. We had silicone bands as backup but were really hoping the rings (which we engraved) would come, and so they did. Thank you so much Blue Nile!
