5 /5 Mona Begum: One of the best jewelry shops I’ve ever been to! I’ve shopped here before and bought quite a few pieces like bracelets and necklaces. The other day, I went with my friend and picked up a pair of small earrings and a nose pin because they offered me a great price. I even found a cute necklace for my baby! The staff here are just wonderful—super friendly and helpful. They really take the time to understand what you’re looking for and make sure you leave satisfied. Honestly, I’m really happy with my purchase and I look forward to coming back again. The way they speak to you and make you feel comfortable is so refreshing. There’s no judgment at all—just genuine, kind service.

I bought a bracelet within a week broke and when I took it over they had mad issues saying that "Once the gold is out of store is not their responsibility" the fact that the sales person made sure that if anything happens we can can bring it back and after spending so much money and without force if the product breaks certainly it is a product issue. Also, the guy named "Ali" who looks like in charge always in a bad mood. Very aggressive and arrogant. Behavior unacceptable and you are literally selling product to me for MONEY, not like I am getting anything for free so the bare minium is a nice welcoming attitude and behavior. They are the only store that is opened in Jamaica so they are literally ripping people off and providing worst customer service possible. Never going back!!
