We dealt with Matt and he was great from beginning to end, explored many options with us and was very patient and attentive to our needs with great communication! Thank you again!!

5 /5 Ingrid Dixon: I was quoted a price for a repair on an heirloom ring. When I returned three days later the associate inspected the ring throughly and noticed the diamonds were set in platinum not white gold. Therefore my quote show have been a lot higher. They honored the original quote. To me that’s excellent customer service and so impressed by the expertise at Kingston Fine Jewelry.

1 /5 Sunny Barash: Avoid this place, especially for repairs. They absolutely do not stand behind their work. Have had several pieces fixed there and several broke in the same spot. When I brought them back they said they dont guarantee their work and wanted to charge hundreds again to fix what they had already fixed. They also tried to up sell us a new chain because they didnt guarantee their original work on the chain claiming its "too thin". They had every reason why they wanted to charge me again. Very short sighted, terrible business practice. You can find better repair elsewhere where they stand behind the quality of their work and value their customers. Dont waste your time here.
