5 /5 Dylan Christopher: Ive had three rings sized here now and each time they come back perfect, and polished, looking brand new. And the price - Ive dealt with several jewelers in the area and Sherryl has been the most affordable. It ussually take a week or two, but this is often quicker than some of the other stores Ive been to, and shes always correct about turn around times. I would go nowhere else in the area. A+

1 /5 A D: DO NOT GO HERE, avoid at all costs! Absolutely horrible experience, ruined my wedding ring and so rude and unprofessional. Do not risk bringing your jewelry here, they will ruin it and take no responsibility, they don’t know what they’re doing or how to run a business. Brought my wedding ring in for a loose main prong, received it back weeks later with the prong even looser than when I brought it to them, with two stones completely missing which were perfectly fine before, and a huge black resin burn on the main diamond. Not only did they not fix what they were supposed to, they sent my ring back mangled. I have no idea how or why this would happen and how they wouldn’t notice this before returning it to me. They also apparently don’t take photos or videos of rings before and after repair for documentation, which is wildly unprofessional and is basically jewelry repair 101. Thankfully I took my own photos as evidence, as we’re suing the company for the cost to repair the damage they did. They also don’t do the repairs in store, and ship it out to god knows where, so be further warned that it’s a massively sketchy and unprofessional operation. On top of having no skills as a jeweler, their customer service is also absolutely atrocious and they treat customers like garbage once they have your money. When I called to discuss my concerns with the state of my ring, the old woman working was immediately defensive, insulting, rude, and accused me of lying and swore at me. Not sure what I would gain by lying about their botched job, I just wanted the situation rectified. She also admitted they don’t do repairs in house and don’t take pictures or document what is damaged and what they fixed, insanely unprofessional and a scam of a business. They should be ashamed of how they damage pieces that mean the world to people, and then treat and talk to customers horribly. Save soo much time, frustration and heartbreak and go to a business with actual skill and integrity and who treats their customers as they deserve.

1 /5 Gail Parker: Horrible. Asked for a replacement of a broken stone. 5 weeks later still not ready. When picked it up; 10 days later THE REPLACED STONE FELL OUT. Took the ring back and 5 weeks later no decision was made. Took the ring to another jeweler and 3 days later fixed and beautiful for HALF THE PRICE CHARGED BY J&M. Plus, I asked about the add a pearl. I was told by the owner that they start for about $200.00; the other Jewelers prices were 60% cheaper with more choices. J&M sends out the work, over charges and does NOT fix things they messed up. Would never recommend!!!
