Zhen Z I chose my first Love bracelet at this meaningful boutique. I had an appointment at the Short Hills location in New Jersey,but I still decided on the Fifth Avenue store because of the excellent service. Arielle was amazing—patient, always smiling, and very professional. She introduced herself right away, offered champagne, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The one-screw bracelet I wanted was out of stock. I could have gone to Soho or another boutique, but Arielle is worth it,I trust her. When she heard I was interested in trying some perfume samples, she offered to mail them to me.It was so thoughtful.I wasn’t concerned about getting perfume samples,but the way she offered them made me feel truly cared for. I’m very happy with her service and will definitely recommend her to anyone who are looking for jewelry. The security staff and receptionist were courteous and welcoming. The only slightly unpleasant part was that the male sales associate who assisted me when picking up seemed unhapy. When my daughter said goodbye as we were leaving, he didn’t respond the first time,she had to repeat it before he finally replied.：）

Kathleen Fortunato Buffalo Bannon is an amazing company, and makes quality, long lasting custom pieces of jewelry. I love scrolling through the website, and if I find something that I want, its purchased and shipped within a timely manor! I inquired about some custom earrings and she responded right away, and made them that week even though I know she was so busy with the holiday season. My favorites are my Buffalo Bills earrings made of sterling silver. I have more of a simplistic style when it comes to earrings, and they are PERFECT for everyday wear. Laney Woolf I would highly recommend purchasing from here! Everyone in the store is very helpful and super friendly. Doug helped my husband and I create my engagement ring FROM SCRATCH and it turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I went in looking for a specific ring I tried on years ago while in college (Stella by Devotion... shes beautiful and I would definitely recommend checking her out). I was unsure if I was still into that design, or not. Doug had the ring shipped in from another store, so I could compare it to others in order to get a feel for what I wanted. I tried on ever ring I could, some numerous times. I tried on different cuts and different sized diamonds... Back and forth... this, then that. Doug was so patient and so knowledgeable that I dont think I would have trusted anyone else to create my ring. I found that I had grown out of my Stella phase and my husband and I really liked the marquise diamond. We brought a picture in from the internet and after MANY weeks of drawing and reviewing, we finally said "ok". We were super impressed with how quickly everything was done. It seemed we were always getting the phone call ahead of schedule to move on to the next step of the process. Next thing you know, the ring was completed and I am still, to this day, absolutely blown away at how beautiful it is. I will never regret going through this experience with the Perriwinkles team. It started out as a weekly visit during the "shopping" processes and now its turned into a weekly visit simply to say hi and get my ring cleaned. Lol Doug definitely was as superstar and the rest of the staff we amazing, as well. They deserve many more than five stars. Thanks for listening. Mary Gorry Photography Simply the best jeweler out there. My husband found Keith on TikTok and got my STUNNING engagement ring from him. He raved about the process and Keith himself. Over the past few years, we’ve gotten our wedding bands, earrings and pendent necklace all to match. We live in NC and I’m amazed every time we receive a package from him in the mail because it never fails to amaze us and go beyond our expectations. Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!

Daniel Donnelly This is the place to go. I asked them if they could resize one of my grandfathers rings that I inherited and couldnt be happier. I came back an hour later to what looked like a brand new ring that fit perfect, for half the price I expected before I walked in. Nothing but straight up, courteous, and reasonable.
