L W An absolute pleasure to do business with! I had an heirloom diamond solitaire ring that I wanted to update and Mr. Kavanaugh made the process extremely easy. He was able to get the exact setting I was looking for very quickly and set the old ring with a gemstone for me at the same time. Even with the extra ring I came in under my budget, both rings were completed very quickly and the work was high quality. I sincerely cannot say enough about this business, my “go-to” jeweler from now on!

Rachel Bennett Artiste Jewelers is a class act. A true staple of the upper west side. They have beautiful, one-of-a kind upscale jewelry. What I love about them is their care and attention to detail and patent service. They have untangled some of my fine jewelry pieces over the years and have a variety of high-end pieces that will last a lifetime. If you want time, attention and detail-oriented customer service, Artiste Jewelers is it.

Devin OBrien Marisa was fantastic to work with, gracious (despite a crazy timeline) and created a spectacular custom band in which to set a family diamond for an engagement ring. My fiance said that she would never have been able to describe what she wanted her engagement ring to look like but that the ring is "absolutely perfect!" Her work is beautiful and full of individuality and character and her shop is wonderful. Highly recommend her work and working with her.

Emily Kimball Absolutely LOVE Rose and Co permanent bracelets! I have five 14k gold bracelets including one with the July birthstone and one with an “A” initial for my son. These bracelets are not only beautiful but also SUPER comfortable and indestructible! I have hard well water and my bracelets are untouched. Rose and Co also gives you a stamp card so after you purchase 5 items, you get the 6th for FREE! That’s an enormous deal when some of these items cost 200-300 dollars! Do yourself a favor and stop by one of the many pop-ups they host and you will be amazed at the quality and how fast and efficient they are! Can’t wait to get more, 5 ⭐️!!!

Raquel Burgos Figgy is a one of a kind store. You find so many unique, cute, fun items you can’t find anywhere else. I recently did a Mother & Daughter event there and it was such an experience! We made custom rings! The girls hosting the event were so welcoming, fun and knowledgeable! We also had a mini photo shoot that was so amazing the photographer was so genuine and caring made the experience so special. There is no store like it in Rochester NY ! You have to stop by you won’t be disappointed! My favorite shop in ROC !

Connie Wong We had a great experience here at the Jewelry Judge. The whole appraisal was done in front of us. Barry is extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. He was spot on with the diamond (he had us hold onto the certificate while he did his own measurements and inspection). I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to get their jewelry appraised.
