Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review.
