2 /5 Lacey Lewis: I don’t know what happened but I ordered a ring and diamonds were missing. I paid to send it back to be fixed and when I received it more diamonds began falling out. Had to get my money back through PayPal and send the item back. Super disappointed. When I took it to my local jeweler they explained the diamonds were not VS as described but SI.

5 /5 sharona chaimov: I was looking to upgrade my setting for my engagement ring....I found Limor Jewelers through eBay...after researching online like crazy about this company I couldnt find one bad review.....skeptical, I asked numerous questions about a particular setting and each time I was met with a thorough and prompt answer. I finally decided to bite the bullet and buy my setting. I called Jacob and again, he made me feel comfortable purchasing from him. I had nothing to lose. He overnighted me the setting just so I could try it on and make sure I truly loved it. If I didnt, return it, no questions asked...Of course I LOVED it! all and all the process of getting my stone set in my new setting took 3 days tops! (Across the country!) Photos dont do my ring justice!! I am in awe!! Jacob and Limor Jewelers have been exceptional with their customer service. Doesnt get much better than this! I am so incredibly happy with my ring now. 5 /5 Shana Wolter: I first ordered a pair of emerald earrings and received many, many compliments from my friends. I later decided to see if I could get a pendant to match. Limore Jewelers were more than happy to accommodate my request and special ordered the pendant for me not being 100% sure it would match. They needed a number from my earring order and WOW THEY MATCHED IT PERFECTLY. I wore it to a church dinner last night received over 10 compliments on my emerald earrings and pendant. Working with Limor Jewelry on our custom design project was truly exceptional. As designers ourselves, it was important to us that we could work with a jewelry designer who could fabricate our vision down to the last millimeter. Limor Jewelrys designers and artisans were able to provide us with a very positive and patient collaborative experience. We also felt that Limor Jewelrys designers were truly excited and engaged in our design concept, which really enhanced what was a collaborative endeavor! Plus it made us feel good that the experts were enthusiastic about the direction we were going with our design! Limor Jewelrys designers were able to work directly with our 3D digital design files, sketches and inspirational photos, providing feedback and helping us to make adjustments to our 3D digital design models. Ultimately, this improved the long-term quality and viability of the finished product. Once the design was finalized the team used a process of digital fabrication to make a physical prototype of our jewelry before the casting was completed in precious metals. This was absolutely the best part of the design process – being able to see a physical representation before going forward! Its probably the smartest service you can seek out in a jeweler and Limor Jewelry has both 3D printing and milling available! Additionally, we were really impressed with their specialized online customer interface, which provides you with a direct conduit to your jewelry designer – a online service exclusively design for Limor Jewelry. We were able to upload images back and forth, and have a discussion board for collaboration which was fantastic and becomes a place to come back again and again with any questions regarding your jewelry long after the project is complete! For hands-on customers with a very specific design vision and story for their special piece, but who may need that extra support when moving into fabrication we HIGHLY recommend Jacob at Limor Jewelers. Even if you only have a glimmer of an idea for where you want to take your project, with a majority of their beautiful in-store jewelry being custom designs, Limor Jewelry truly excels in understanding the complexities of custom jewelry design and fabrication.

5 /5 Stephanie Richards: I purchased a custom three ring engagement/wedding ring set in platinum (not the easiest metal to work with) in a very specific setup that was a challenge for any jeweler. Honestly, I had hesitation in not being able to walk in and deal face to face. After speaking to Imanuel (sp) via text and over the phone several times I was assured they could handle the task. He was willing to start work immediately (didnt even ask for a deposit) and I provided what we wanted. He was VERY easy to work with and was always in contact. He sent us the selection of settings and we were able to customize them to our very specific needs. After we made the final design changes they worked very quickly to get us the rings and they were perfect - except they were too small - my fault. My bride to bes fingers change size regularly as she has RA and she couldnt get the rings on her swollen fingers - something we failed to take into consideration. I called Imanuel to see if he could assist and he gladly said to send them back and he would make each ring a different custom size (we sent an existing ring with each one to provide an exact size template.) My error caused him to have to redo each ring and add platinum to make them perfect - which he did. He did all this in a VERY quick timeline and without hesitation. He was very easy to work with and our 100% satisfaction was his goal. I have never worked with any jeweler that provides such complete service. This was paramount and my priority but it should also be noted that his pricing is EXTREMELY fair as well - which is a bonus. I will never buy jewelry anywhere else. They are top of the line and a pleasure to work with on your custom jewelry needs. Recommend without hesitation.
