I purchased the desert rose quartz because my friend had called me a desert rose, and I live in the desert - it was perfect! … When I opened the package, it was packaged with lots of care for the necklace AND for me! Sarah’s letter made me feel Valued not just as a customer, but as a human! … it gets better though … as soon as I put the necklace on my husband said “whoa, look at that wrap!” (Can you imagine the first thing he noticed was the wrap and not the crystal?! That’s how beautiful the wrap is!!) The quartz is wrapped beautifully and securely — the wrap complements the crystal without taking it over. I’ve worn it everyday since but sadly the cord the quartz was on broke and the quartz has returned itself to the desert … I told Sarah and she offered to replace the cord AND the quartz at no cost. Honestly, the service was more than I expected. I have never been more pleased with a jewelry purchase than with Innovated Visions … you definitely won’t regret a purchase!!

The Energy, Care and Time that she takes with every piece WONT disappoint you. If you want something special for yourself she works wonders I asked her if had Lavender Moonstones she went out found 7 of them showed me pictures of them I picked the one I wanted told her have at it create whatever feels right she added a Black onyx Skull since I love skulls and I fell IN LOVE with it!!!
