Jay Mitchell Today was yet another terrific day like all others at Kay Eastview for the past almost 30 years. There was a great selection as I expected, and also very attentive and patient attention to something out of the ordinary for me about a recent purchase for my wife. Pattilynn greeted us by name to help with something she and our usual sales associate Sharon worked on together for us a couple of weeks ago. Sharon explained to Pattilynn the reason for our visit in case she wasnt there. Our visit was a great success - just as I knew it would be. Kudos to Sharon who has guided me so successfully for decades, and now to Pattilynn who has made such a great impression on my wife and me!!

Manns Jewelers - Rochester
Elizabeth Deery When we initially began the process of looking for rings, I was interested in checking out Manns Jewelers. Nevertheless, due to scheduling they ended up being the 7th jeweler we visited - and lucky number 7 it was! From the beginning our experience was different - it was personable, not pushy and Bonnie spent more than an hour with us the first day, even though we had told her we werent going to purchase that day. We viewed and I tried on dozens of rings, and in the end made the decision to customize an already beautiful Gabriel & Co. piece - though we did not purchase that day we were back just a few days later to finalize. Throughout the process Bonnie sought to educate us on what we were purchasing and to make us clients, not simply another number in and out - both of which are more than I can say for a few other places we visited. We definitely recommend Manns Jewelers - we went in for a purchase but came out with a jeweler and we look forward to working with them in the future!

Their 112-year history speaks to their commitment to quality and service. Shannon H. consistently provides exceptional, 10/10 service. The Amherst locations home decor section adds another layer of appeal. If youre looking for jewelry or gifts, Reeds is a must-visit.

Syndicate Diamonds - White Plains
Evan Ramlochan I took my grandmothers 1.50 carat diamond ring to Syndicate Diamonds, and they educated me on the four Cs of the diamond. They made me an offer that was 3 times more than the other shops I went to, even the ones located in the Diamond District in Manhattan! I would highly recommend them, especially if you want to get the most money you can!

If they do not have exactly what you are looking for on hand, they can create it for you to your exact specifications. The building itself is also very nice inside. Jillian Heller Lauren made the engagement ring of my dreams come true! I had a very specific vision of what I wanted, with many ideas and reference pictures of different elements and she magically brought it all together and breathed life into it! Everyday I look down and admire it. Todd is also great to work with, he is so kind and welcoming every time I pop into the shop. I felt so taken care of and in great hands throughout the entire process. Lauren also created our wedding bands a year later!
