From the moment I walked in, they both made me feel welcomed and truly valued as a customer. Ian was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient, helping me explore options without any pressure. Lisa was equally wonderful—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Ian and Lisa!

He always makes you feel like you’re in exactly the right spot and he works so hard to make sure you get exactly what you need. He’s never pushy, and always knows everything about the piece of jewelry you’re wanting. He is honest and tries everything in his power to go above and beyond. I’ve had custom pieces made and also just items picked out at the store and I can say with 100% certainty that Ian will always be my jeweler of choice for anything I need. He has helped me so much over the years! He’s so kind, and professional while making you feel comfortable at the same time. He has become more of a friend when I walk in than just someone to help me or works there. If you want anything or just have questions, Ian will fast become the person you want to go see. 1000% recommend, you won’t be disappointed. 5 /5 Fran Cappellino: What an incredible experience I had with Karen and Ian in the Catskill NY store. Karen was so patient and helpful with me deciding on a gift for my daughter’s 23 Birthday. It was my first time in the store and it was beautifully lit, very clean and bright. The glass was so clean that I wasn’t even sure there was glass there. LOL. Overall the assistance that Ian gave Karen with my checkout was so nice to see. I loved being able to donate to St. Jude’s. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I also bought myself a ring as a birthday gift to myself. Stunning. I will definitely be back for future purchases. Highly recommend this location.
