Laney Woolf I would highly recommend purchasing from here! Everyone in the store is very helpful and super friendly. Doug helped my husband and I create my engagement ring FROM SCRATCH and it turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I went in looking for a specific ring I tried on years ago while in college (Stella by Devotion... shes beautiful and I would definitely recommend checking her out). I was unsure if I was still into that design, or not. Doug had the ring shipped in from another store, so I could compare it to others in order to get a feel for what I wanted. I tried on ever ring I could, some numerous times. I tried on different cuts and different sized diamonds... Back and forth... this, then that. Doug was so patient and so knowledgeable that I dont think I would have trusted anyone else to create my ring. I found that I had grown out of my Stella phase and my husband and I really liked the marquise diamond. We brought a picture in from the internet and after MANY weeks of drawing and reviewing, we finally said "ok". We were super impressed with how quickly everything was done. It seemed we were always getting the phone call ahead of schedule to move on to the next step of the process. Next thing you know, the ring was completed and I am still, to this day, absolutely blown away at how beautiful it is. I will never regret going through this experience with the Perriwinkles team. It started out as a weekly visit during the "shopping" processes and now its turned into a weekly visit simply to say hi and get my ring cleaned. Lol Doug definitely was as superstar and the rest of the staff we amazing, as well. They deserve many more than five stars. Thanks for listening. This was early in the days of same gender marriage and we were often fearful that our reception might be cold. In fact, they were all celebratory, loving and efficient. For various reasons we will be returning soon.

Danny Romhen Was driving past and saw the gorgeous Rolex sign on Richmond! Decided to stop in and take a peak at the extensive inventory of beautiful watches! We were greeted at the door and walked about by the doorman who made us feel extremely welcome. Got a chance to grab a couple delicious coffees and then Samantha took us through the gorgeous Rolex models they had on display. She was extremely helpful and accommodating and I hope to do business with her at Gerald Peters soon enough!! Would highly recommend stopping in for luxury watches at any price range.
