5 /5 Cornelia Batu: I absolutely loved my experience here! As soon as I walked in Dean greeted me at the door and was very kind in updating me when someone would be able to assist. He had the biggest smile and was extremely kind. I went in looking for the thin version of the lock bracelet and was able to get fitted for it. Victoria helped me with the sizing. There was one more medium left in the store but we couldn’t find it. Mary Beth was kind enough to go searching for the bracelet and found it for me. The overall team effort and attention to detail was amazing. This was the best experience with high end jewelry and Tiffany’s quality never disappoints. This bracelet has a very important meaning to it and I’m glad to have chosen Tiffany’s to represent that. Thank you Dean, Victoria and Mary Beth.

1 /5 Roz Najafabadi: AWFUL store, no accountability for such expensive jewlery, and no responsibility taken for the sentiment involved in why someone might shop there. I ordered an item and requested and paid for overnight delivery on a wednesday. It was set to deliver thursday. My event was sunday. I spoke to multiple customer service representatives, all of whom made mistake after mistake and ultimately on Saturday it had not even shipped. Had to cancel and run around all day to find something else somewhere else. Shop elsewhere.

The best part about the staff here is whether you’re shopping with intent or just browsing, they offer suggestions and help without being pushy. We’ve gotten jewelry and home accessories here. Tiffany & Co is timeless and if your wife is doing the shopping, the chairs are comfy!
