Offered to let me come back re-adjust for free if i found it too tight or loose but I don’t think I’ll need it. Very professional.

Kir If any shop deserves a BIG 5 star review its Jasons!! I dropped by on a whim looking for wedding bands for myself. He has a great selection at great prices! I loved the first one I put on, although it was several sizes too small. Jason was attentive, gave feedback, and was so accommodating - he is able to resize in ONE day. I went home and told my fiancé exactly where to go and what to get. Unfortunately, we were moving from NYC to CA that week and he never made it to Jasons. I went to several stores in CA trying to find something, but nothing compared to the ring from Jasons. Nervous with my big day approaching, I called Jason to see if he could overnight the ring to CA. He answered right away, got the ring resized and shipped the next day!! It was received with plenty of time in perfect sparkly condition. Jason, thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping fulfill my wedding dreams. I will always love this wedding band story!

It showed exactly what I was looking for at what seemed to be a much better price, so I called for more information. Johnny, the owner, answered most of my questions and agreed to find out more about things he was unsure of and get back to me, which he did the next day. During our conversations, I learned things I hadn’t known before that might have caused me to make the wrong purchase. Johnny’s knowledge and his honesty relieved whatever hesitation I still had about buying something, sight unseen, from a store on the other side of the country. Chitra Prettypaul Once you enter you are surrounded by a plexy barrier. I was looking for earrings that wont fall out and this is the place. Other high end establishments did not have what I was looking for. My concern was that I did not want something that would be thin and bend or fallout. I also didnt want something too big that would loos Rd inappropriate for a 4yrs girl.Excellent quality and it meets my expectations.

Shalika A huge thank you to Blue Nile for getting our rings to us in such short notice by our wedding day. I had a last minute court marriage and ordered the rings less than a week before. We knew that there was a possibility they wouldn’t come in time because the ship date was our wedding day. However, we called Blue Nile a couple of times and customer service was so kind and understanding. They helped expedite the process by a couple of days and we were able to get our rings. We had silicone bands as backup but were really hoping the rings (which we engraved) would come, and so they did. Thank you so much Blue Nile!
