1 /5 Andrea Rudolph: My boyfriend gifted me a beautiful ruby and emerald ring that had a setting where the ruby sat a little bit more proud of the rest of the ring and we brought the ring in to see if it was possible to bend that setting down some so it would not catch on things. We had a long conversation with him about it to clearly state what would be done, if its safe to do or possible, etc. After walking into the store and seeing the broken glass displays, the disorganization and just dirt and dust everywhere, I felt bad vibes and we decided to not go through with him doing anything to the ring. We went back today to pick it up and now it has a crease in the 14k gold where one of the settings was bent out and up. He says maybe this happened in the transport and that “he doesn’t see what I’m saying” as he is virtually bending the setting back with his finger in front of us. Now we need to take it to another jeweler to not only fix the actual issue we had, but to fix the damage done to my ring. I should have trusted my gut after walking into the extremely messy store but thought my ring would be safe just in the hands of him but now I have received it back damaged. I am very upset by my experience here and do not recommend custom jewelry work to be done.

I stopped into this very unassuming jewelry store and spoke with a very welcoming, kind, and energetic owner, Rafi. He was patient and took the time in getting to know who I am as well as educate me in all of my options. My wife inherited diamonds from her grandmother that I wanted to incorporate into her engagement ring. Rafi was able to blueprint a beautiful unique one-of-a-kind design that included her grandmothers diamonds with a single flawless diamond I was able to choose as the centerpiece. The entire process was fast and efficient, and he informed me of each step along the way. We had great conversation and became friends during what could be considered a stressful process. And if you’re lucky enough, he may even sing you a beautiful tune before you leave. You can go to a large, cold and unwelcoming jeweler to be just another face or you can go to top custom jewelers and feel like you’re the only person that matters. Highly recommend. Thank you, Rafi!

1 /5 jerry brammer: I have brought a couple charms for repairs I was told no problem my my (friend) first sign of something wrong .. So I get my charms and there are missing stones And the cross was repaired but was broke in the process.. I’m a different location?? Hmmm I told him i was not happy and I won’t be coming back He came outside of his store and told me not to buy junk .. The worst customer service very rude and pretty dirty Inside to be honest.. I’d highly recommend you not doing Business here

My father introduced me to Rafi, since my fathers purchases of jewelry through Top Custom Jewelwers Inc has always been great I thought I would try it for my engagement ring. I recently just bought my engagement ring through him and the experience was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond of what I could have expected. Rafi made finding the diamond and setting easy through his extensive research. This is the best jeweler around! He was concise, truthful, and up front on what he will be able to offer. Rafi didnt jerk you around or lie but laid all cards out on the table for his customers. He was even so good to have the diamond shipped over from Europe to get the best price for me. This ring was customized from top to bottom and Rafi came through!! This was my Fiances dream ring and Rafi made it into reality. Im so fortunate to have met Rafi and made him apart of the process that change my life. I cant wait to make the next purchase through him because I know it will be nothing but the best.
