I was very pleased with the help of Isa who assisted me and from the start, she was very sweet, She made me feel very comfortable and was very patient with me. They have so many beautiful rings it was hard to decide but she made sure I was comfortable. She Didnt rush at all and made it a very enjoyable experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH ISA.

Taylor Tavarez I bought a necklace and it keeps breaking around my neck for no reason at all. It just falls off and snaps in half while wearing. I spent 1,000 on this gold chain and it is the worst quality I have ever bought. Went to get it fixed twice and on the second time I asked to exchange it for something else since this necklace seems to not be welded properly and it being of such bad quality. Needless to say, they refused and said it’s my fault for buying it and that it’s “not their fault for how it keeps falling off.” How??? You sold me this piece of junk. I unfortunately have to sell it somewhere else and take a loss to get something better. Please go somewhere else for jewelry this place is a rip off and has terrible customer service.

The owner and employees were so wonderful to accommodate us and update the receipt to include the discount, where other places would’ve said no. All Veterans should come and be well taken care of!

Kayla Sanchez I recently visited gorjana to shop for some jewelry, and I had a mixed experience. Nancy, one of the saleswomen, was incredibly nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didnt even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they werent helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancys kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.
