Diane Trujillo Enrico made a cuff for me that was stunning. He used two strips of silver which he engraved. He put 2 pieces of turquoise and 1 piece of spiney oyster, 2 leaves along with two geckos. Besides all that, he did it in less than 24 hours. He does exceptional work. Truly an artist at his craft.

Pristine Cleaning My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!

I personally deal with Tonya (apologies if spelt wrong) for all my jewelry needs from wedding bands to ankle bracelets and my experience is always the best. B Paige Big Ben Jewelers did an absolutely amazing job creating my custom wedding ring using an heirloom ring which belonged to my grandmother. Anthony demonstrated amazing skill and expertise, melting down the original ring and using the existing diamonds (plus adding a few more) to create the perfect ring for me. They truly took their time with my family, ensuring the sizing and style was perfect for us. My mother and husband spent time consulting with Suzie and Anthony to ensure the ring was completed prior to our trip abroad. Thank you so much Suzie, for making sure my ring was done before our trip.. even having the ring expedited. The quality of the work completed was invaluable and Big Ben offered extremely reasonable prices for their high quality stones and services. Cassandra D I had to get my watch repaired and I decided to go with Dorothys Fine Jewelry to get it repaired. I had a very positive experience with them. Dorothy the owner and the two ladies that helped me, named Kelly and Gina are all very nice and Im so glad I went with them to fix my watch. Its an old, very good watch that was my Aunts, and was handed down to me in the family when my Aunt passed away. Im so glad I had it repaired because its a very good watch, but also its a memory of my Aunt and now I can wear it since it works again since Dorothys repaired it.
