keith odell I purchased my wifes engagement ring from Doerrer jewelers 10 years ago and received excellent service back then. We recently purchased a 3ct amora diamond for my wife and had some very crappy service when trying to get it set from other jewlers. So..... we decided to pack the kids up and visit Donna. She was friendly, offered us multiple options, and spent a solid hour with us. I STRONGLY suggest shopping here. A++!!!!!!!

Katelyn Feister Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I came in originally to do the 6 month cleaning and check up on my wedding ring. We had questions regarding trading in my ring to upgrade it. She took the time to show me different options for rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered mine and my husbands questions about different products. She was especially patient with my toddler who was non stop. I needed a day to think of the ring cause the amount of stunning stuff they have Bonnie the sales lady offered me her personal cell # for when I do decide The next day I reached out to her after work hours And got my ring purchased while the store was already closed and had it ready to be taken the next day to get sized I’m in shock how 2 days later I get it by my door sized to my size Wow wow wow the service is unreal Bonnie is the best!!!!
