Kim Gonzales I cant say enough wonderful things about my experience at West Main Jewelers. I came in feeling embarrassed and a little nervous. I had a ring stuck on my finger for over 20 years,.and it was time to have it cut off. Matt was so kind, understanding and professional. He made me feel completely at ease, handled everything gently and with care, and to my surprise,.there was no charge. I left not only relieved, but genuinely grateful. Later, I returned with that same ring to have it transformed into a custom necklace for myself, that I would someday hand down to my granddaughter. The diamond holds so much sentimental value, and Matt treated it with the respect and craftsmanship it deserved. The result was stunning! Something truly special that can now be passed down. I am deeply thankful for the professionalism, kindness and expertise I received both times. Its rare to find a place that combines skill with such genuine compassion. Ill be back, and Ill be recommending them to everyone I know!

Brittany C Dropped my wedding bands off to be resized to one size bigger. I picked my rings up the next day and theyre perfect. Cant see any marks from the sizing and no stones fell out. Pricing was not bad at all either.

Customer service is always excellent, a lot of time my experience in the island with local businesses isn’t good, so this was breath of fresh air. Every time I step into this place the respect they showed me is commendable. Now let’s talk about what I ended up getting. As a Muslim a groom cant wear gold or silver wedding rings, so I had to find a stainless steel one for the groom . They also did custom engraving & it looked beautiful. I will try to post pictures later . Thank you so much all the hard work you guys do , we all appreciate your efforts.

Kamla Singh Stay away from liberty gold bayo steel, I took a diamond ring to size and he steel the diamond and replaced it with a tiny stone so low and he thinks I wouldnt notice. He dont deserve any star.

I had an appointment at the Short Hills location in New Jersey,but I still decided on the Fifth Avenue store because of the excellent service. Arielle was amazing—patient, always smiling, and very professional. She introduced herself right away, offered champagne, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The one-screw bracelet I wanted was out of stock. I could have gone to Soho or another boutique, but Arielle is worth it,I trust her. When she heard I was interested in trying some perfume samples, she offered to mail them to me.It was so thoughtful.I wasn’t concerned about getting perfume samples,but the way she offered them made me feel truly cared for. I’m very happy with her service and will definitely recommend her to anyone who are looking for jewelry. The security staff and receptionist were courteous and welcoming. The only slightly unpleasant part was that the male sales associate who assisted me when picking up seemed unhapy. When my daughter said goodbye as we were leaving, he didn’t respond the first time,she had to repeat it before he finally replied.：）

Heather Meade Lake Country Jewelry is top notch! I needed some prong work done on my wedding set and took my rings here for the work. I left them on a Wednesday afternoon for the jeweler to look at the next day and was told they would call me in the morning with an estimate and that if I accepted they could have them done same day. I was called back first thing the next morning and had my beautiful rings back repaired and sparkling clean in less than 24 hours! Great customer service, great work, and reasonable rates! Highly recommend!
