Mira I am going to say this, and please read keenly. The store itself has great options but there is one big flaw. That woman who has the pink/rainbow hair, she is going to be the downfall of this store. From her attitude, to her impatience. Maybe she needs sensitivity training or something because the way she treats customers is very disrespectful. You can tell that she doesnt like or want to do her job. Shes never positive. Just attitude filled and overbearing. I feel that if you combat this problem your store might have a chance. She needs to be spoken to or let go expeditiously. Dont be surprised if business declines because of her. Her energy is nasty and draining. I dont think Im coming back to this Rainbow. The one further down has much more positive energy. After having to deal with that rude lady, taking the long walk down to the next Rainbow was WELL worth it.

Joanne Ottaviano This is a true “Mom and Pop” jewelry store. Now that phrase can be tricky if you had lousy parents, and might not sound appealing. But trust me, these two are the kind of parents you’d actually want running your life. They do everything in-house from repairs, sales, and being warm and friendly. Before they took over, the original “Pop” was at the bench, so you’re basically getting decades of jewelry wisdom handed down like a family recipe. They’re personable, honest, and so trustworthy that if they suddenly decided to open a mechanic shop, I’d hand them the keys to my vintage car without a second thought. They’ve got it all from new jewelry, antique gems, watches, you name it. And they’ll do it all from fixing it, polishing it, or making it sparkle like new. They’ll also buy your Grandma’s gaudy gold bracelet if you’re tired of keeping it in a shoe box under your bed along with the spider webs. Cash it in and have some play money. I used to be loyal to a jewelry store in Closter, NJ, but I took a daring cross-border adventure (don’t worry, no politics here), to Nanuet, NY, and discovered this little “gem”(no pun intended). Best decision ever.

christine cortez The flat iron showroom is absolutely stunning. You feel like instant royalty when you walk in aesthetically it looks beautiful and super clean. Hailee was absolutely wonderful and super patient while we tried on multiple rings and answered all of our questions. She made the experience truly amazing with her insight and suggestions. We left extremely happy with our choices and cant wait to wear our forever wedding bands, the quality of brilliant earth is truly one of a kind.

Isabelle Flora-Miller We bought a loose diamond somewhere else and got the setting from Payson & Stoughton, I absolutely love the design. They have a huge selection on their website and I found the exact setting I wanted. He fixed the stone to the setting pretty quickly considering it was a custom order.
