Jill Waldmann I went in a day before my Dad’s 84th Birthday, looking to have his chain extended. I was given options at an affordable price. I told them I know it was late notice and certainly did not expect it by his birthday tomorrow .I was asked me to bring in the cross that he wears on the chain. The chain and cross were cleaned along with a nice gift bag! I was thrilled! Lastly, I received a call to pick up today. The same day! I was very appreciative and it brought a smile to my Dad’s face!❤️

I was genuinely impressed by the high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. I appreciated the time you took to evaluate everything and ensure I received fair and accurate value. You offered me more for my scrap and Morgan Dollars than two other local shops that I had previously visited. On top of that, I left with a beautiful ring that looks to be in "like new" condtion, for much less than I would have paid retail for anywhere else! Thank you again—I’ll definitely be returning soon!

She answered all of our questions and made the entire process so easy for us. There are so many wedding band options, but Kim understood my vision and I ended up getting the first wedding band that she showed us. Kim is wonderful! Rachel Roberts I visited this cute little boutique about 4-5 years back while visiting the lovely town of Ellicottville. It is absolutely the perfect little shop for that town. I can tell the owner-Jessica took much pride and care into keeping it well kept. Jessica was so helpful when I came in. She helped me pick out a couple outfits that day that matched and I wore my favorite to dinner with my husband. I still have them! The clothes are great quality. 10/10 recommend. Support small businesses! We want them to stay where they are. :)
