When I spoke to the owner, he told me that after my message two years ago, he had already contacted the designer and ordered a replacement ring for me. He had kept that ring in his car ever since, waiting for me to come back. Two whole years! The moment I returned, he handed me the new ring—no hassle, no reminder needed. I was honestly stunned. I have never experienced customer service like this before. It was not only thoughtful, but deeply genuine and personal. Phases Store doesn’t just offer beautiful, high-quality designs—they also offer something truly rare: unmatched care and integrity. I am beyond happy with my new ring, and even more touched by the way they stood by their promise after all this time. If you’re ever in Lake George, make it a point to visit. 5 /5 Haden Slater: absolutely cannot believe it has taken me 22 years to discover the masterpieces in this store. immediately walked in finding pieces i’ve never even knew i needed. the owner, carmen, is such an icon. not only can you find unique clothes/jewelry, but you can get some pretty great advice as well. all you need :)

5 /5 Anthony Cuomo: Beautifully put together, clean, and inviting shop. The gentleman whom helped us was extremely friendly, but not overly invasive. It felt more like a lounge rather than a store. He disclosed it was only his second day of work, but if he didn’t say that you would’ve thought he had worked there for years. He was incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful at just the right times. I would highly recommend visiting this elegant store if you have time when visiting Lake George!

The owner and his employees are always very kind and helpful every time I visit. I’d recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a one of a kind piece to add to your jewelry collection!

5 /5 Paige Decker: this is by far my favorite jewelry store i’ve ever been too, the shop itself is adorable and very welcoming. the employees are very helpful and sweet. the owner cares about the rings he is selling and wants the costumers to have the best experience, he is very knowledgeable and sweet too! as far as the jewelry quality, it can’t get better, my rings can be worn in the shower, when i’m washing my hands, while i’m working and i’ll have no issues. all my rings i wear day to day are from here! if you are in lake George, I definitely recommend stopping in!
