Jill Waldmann I went in a day before my Dad’s 84th Birthday, looking to have his chain extended. I was given options at an affordable price. I told them I know it was late notice and certainly did not expect it by his birthday tomorrow .I was asked me to bring in the cross that he wears on the chain. The chain and cross were cleaned along with a nice gift bag! I was thrilled! Lastly, I received a call to pick up today. The same day! I was very appreciative and it brought a smile to my Dad’s face!❤️

Sky King This story is from many moons ago, but the first time I went into the shop I got a ton of help from the lady that assisted me. She helped me pick the right material for my first David Yurman so the knowledge was helpful there. The choice was between a leather strap and a rubber one as I live a more active lifestyle the rubber was more fitting. Fast-forward three months, my cat also thought the rubber bracelet was fitting and decided to chew on it in the middle of the night. So I woke up to a $2000 bracelet in pieces. You can imagine my dismay. Needless to say I brought it back to David Yurman, for repair, and they had the bracelet for about 6 months I had to call them to confirm the bracelet was ready to be picked up at the six month point because I couldn’t believe it was taking so long. Come to find out the bracelet had been ready for about a week or two and they looked in their service log to see if they had called and told me and they hadn’t. To make up for it the repair was free or heavily discounted. I can’t remember, but it felt free with what they gave off and I was completely happy with that so I champion the store for its staff and if they were to ever make a mistake, hold themselves accountable and that’s all I ask from high-end luxury brands. I know I’m over spending, treat me better than gap employees would. This store does that in spades. 10/10 would recommend

nicholas loski Bonnie was very kind and helpful picking out a lovely gift for my mother. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the store smelt very good. Abigail did a wonderful job wrapping my gift as well- i would never be able to wrap a present like that! Thanks ladies!

Shelly Warner I stopped in the West Village location this weekend to make my first Gorjana purchase. I wanted a necklace for my birthday and a Miss Kate assisted me in finding the right necklace and length as I am very tall, etc. I found one that I absolutely love and she was very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!

Katelyn Feister Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I came in originally to do the 6 month cleaning and check up on my wedding ring. We had questions regarding trading in my ring to upgrade it. She took the time to show me different options for rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered mine and my husbands questions about different products. She was especially patient with my toddler who was non stop. Thank you so much for the top tier experience!

Rachel Slavin Highly, highly recommend! Roger is so talented, he designed both a necklace and my engagement ring from sketching the design to a beautiful finished piece of jewelry! I am so happy to have found this jeweler. Satnicks also has the most beautiful jewelry if you don’t want something designed from scratch and are looking for a unique piece to purchase. I just had in my mind what I wanted, and he delivered!
