1 /5 Sabrina Girl: They ruined my charms on my bracelet. I came in for a polishing for my bracket with 20 charms on it. The girl that took my bracelet didnt know what she was doing. When I got my bracelet back it was dull and the feel was off on the silver. The other worker also noticed that the feel was off. The chemical cleaning ruined my whole bracelet and they couldnt do anything about it. It ate away on the top layer of the silver. Im so upset. Dont go there.

1 /5 Anonymous Reviewer: Bought my girlfriend a ring from Pandora and something told me to buy the insurance so I did. Less than 24 hours later jewels start falling out of the ring. When my girlfriend went to exchange it on 3/9/25 an employee Kaiera M was very unprofessional. My girlfriend asked her to inspect and make sure that the prongs were good, and that the gems were intact she proceeded to say “I’m not a professional, I don’t even know what this ring is made of but I’m sure it’s fine” then proceed to in front of my girlfriend say to another coworker “customers need to stop asking me questions, this is why I act like I’m new so I don’t have to answer them” I guess these are the people we hire to promote our company and to make sure quality is going out the door.

1 /5 Charn Boontore: Wanted to return something and they were really rude and snappy about it. Return couldnt be completed and they didnt even try to help or try explain why. Bad service.
