Stephen was patient and kind during the process of remaking my wedding set- wedding band and engagement ring were purchased there, and needing to be sized down he was able to turn them into one beautiful ring. The jewelry in store and on the website are always high quality excellently crafted pieces. My most recent online purchase was custom engraved and arrived within days.

I forgot how pretty my engagement ring was! Perfect experience for me. First two pics are the before and last two are after the resize and cleaning.

I was unsure if my bracelet could be resized due to size and material, and they made sure to double check everything until they were confident it could be done. Now my bracelet fits perfectly and for a very reasonable price. The staff was always kind and made sure the bracelet fit before I left. Highly recommend, I will go back if I am in need of a jeweler.
