Even though I wasnt planning on making a purchase, Jada treated me like a valued customer. She was incredibly helpful, offering advice and cleaning my jewelry with such care and attention to detail. Its rare to find someone so genuinely kind and willing to assist, even when theres no immediate sale involved. Jadas exceptional service has definitely earned my loyalty, and Ill be back for any future jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

Anyone who has a lack of experience shopping for jewelry should visit this location just to experience Star’s impeccable customer service. My partner & I traveled the distance multiple times just to have our engagement ring buying process handled by her. Star recognizes how precious a moment it is for a couple to decide to marry & passionately takes the time & patience to make sure that they are completely in love, informed & satisfied with their purchase. I especially appreciated that my partner did not feel pressured into buying my ring at any point during our visits. We also appreciate how she patiently explained the financial aspect of my partner buying my ring, no matter how many questions we had, no matter the time it took or how repetitive our questions seemed.
