5 /5 Chance H: Cornell Jeweler made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The owner was present, friendly, and down-to-earth. The manager was great, and Sunny, the sales agent, was absolutely fantastic. I left with two Omega watches and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend 100%!

We had had a horrible experience purchasing engagement ring overseas. I came into the store in tears. Jamison and Jenna were so sweet and compassionate. Their original purpose was to help us understand what went wrong to help us get our money back. They then told us that they could make a very similar ring for us but better. We sat with their jeweler/designer and he did exactly that. Their pricing was incredibly fair and reasonable, and I just picked up my absolutely perfect, better than I could imagine… Gorgeous three stone emerald cut diamond engagement ring. She was patient with us so we could find the perfect ring and very knowledgable on any questions we had for her! She did a fantastic job keeping in touch on when it would be ready. I told her this already but she deserves a raise and Im sure the great people at Cornells already know that!! We will be back to purchase more items through them!! Great store!!
