I needed a day to think of the ring cause the amount of stunning stuff they have Bonnie the sales lady offered me her personal cell # for when I do decide The next day I reached out to her after work hours And got my ring purchased while the store was already closed and had it ready to be taken the next day to get sized I’m in shock how 2 days later I get it by my door sized to my size Wow wow wow the service is unreal Bonnie is the best!!!! Angela Huang I love this places vibes sooo much!! I love getting aura readings there, it’s always really accurate and insightful. The crystals are beautiful and they have many different options, ranging from colors, size, to styles as well. I love how there’s a wide price range so there’s something perfect for everyone. You can definitely get items for a good price if you’re looking in the right areas or give the workers your budget. The staff are all very attentive and helpful. I will definitely be coming back again!

Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!
