1 /5 Nancy Morales: You know I could report your store to the Jewelers Vigilance Committee. Follow protocol and ask for ID and give a receipt. Any business transactions by law suppose to have a paper trail.

1 /5 A. P.: I would negative stars if possible - one for attitude, one for shotty work. I brough in 2 rings to have the stones tightened. Took over a week at which point the stones were still loose on both rings. When I questioned why, I was met with immediate aggression and told my rings were of poor quality, not their fault. Well, for not their fault, I was immediately given a full refund without even asking. Says something, doesnt it? Avoid!

I was helped by David who listened carefully to what I was looking for in an engagement ring. I was nervous: the ring is my fiances mothers original engagement ring. It needed to be restored, resized, and a new center cut diamond. David understood exactly what I wanted, and offered their services for a very fair and appropriate price. The turn around was better than I expected - the ring was completed in less than a weeks time. I look forward to working with the folks over at Global Gold & Silver again for any jewelry needs.
