Ruth Halloran I have had Amy as a hairdresser since February of this year. I have continued to have her do my hair as she does such a wonderful job. When I first had her do my hair she was attentive to the processing of my hair. She checked very often to make sure things were going well. She clearly knows what she is doing and cares about her clients.

Dana Rediger I had such a great experience designing my sapphire ring with Marie. She was very helpful walking me through the customization process to get exactly what I wanted; she was timely in her responses and attentive to all the details, no mistakes along the way. This is a ring that I bought for myself after getting divorced; it was a gift to myself for taking the tough road of leaving my marriage and prioritizing myself and my children. The three sapphires represent me and my two beautiful daughters, and I wear it on my left hand to represent my commitment to myself and them. I loved this setting because the prong style reminds me of little crowns cradling the sapphires. However, this setting originally had two diamonds on either side of the main sapphire and the band was plain. Marie helped me change the design to include two color-matched sapphires on either side of the main and added 7 pave diamonds on either side of the sapphires. The ring is absolutely beautiful! Everything in the whole process went so smoothly; the ring arrived perfectly with such nice presentation in the box. I’m so glad I worked with this company to get exactly what I wanted. It was worth every penny. If you are looking for any kind of sapphire jewelry, don’t waste your time anywhere else. The quality, care, and professionalism you get here is wonderful along with fair pricing.

Amanda Tolmach My family has used Concord for over 25 years. Tony , the owner is simply a wonderful jeweler . He has made many pieces of jewelry over the years for our family . Tony custom made my wedding band and engagement rings When my daughter was born my husband purchased through Tony’s guidance a beautiful mother /child piece with diamonds all throughout . He had told my husband , “I have the perfect piece”. I always get compliments on it to this this day, almost 19 years later. I cannot recommend Tony enough. If you use him, you will be BEYOND pleased.

They go out of their way to greet you and make you feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable of the jewelry they sell. I recommend this store to people I know all the time.
