Gregory Dias I was referred to Drue by my fiances father, who had shopped at Drue Sanders for many years while living in Albany. I had a pendant from her mother that I wanted to repurpose the stones from, and I figured the only place to go was Drue Sanders, where the pendant was originally designed. I started my conversation with the jewelry shop via telephone, speaking with Shauna who listened to my questions and ideas and then started a file for me. Then I had an in person consultation with Drue at the store. She took my loose ideas on how to repurpose the stones from the original pendant and sketched several options. I wanted the new pendant to be similar in its design aspects to my fiances engagement ring, and Drue was able to capture those elements perfectly into the new piece. As we iterated on the design, we arrived at the perfect piece. After I left the store, Drue kept me up to date on the progress of the piece via email, and notified me when she had put it in the mail. I presented the piece to my fiance on a vacation trip and she loved it; She felt that it was a perfect match to her ring. I had the piece designed for our wedding day, but I know that this piece will become a staple in her jewelry collection for the rest of time. John Lynch I came in with my Son son who is looking for an engagement ring. Maui and his staff took the time to explain to my Son the types of diamonds and look a like diamonds and the pros and cons of each. The staff were very patient with a young man looking to take a big step in his life. They didnt try to push him just to make a sale. Maui is very patient and kind with all of his customers. My Son said it was a very comforting experience compared to other shops . He was very impressed with the knowledge and patients of Maui and his staff. He has really good stuff, he is very knowledgeable is his craft and in my opinion is fare, not a sketchy like most people in this business. He sell gold bars and make custom jewelry. Jewelry Fan This was my first visit to your new shop, and I brought in some Morgan Dollars and scrap gold. I was genuinely impressed by the high level of professionalism and outstanding customer service. I appreciated the time you took to evaluate everything and ensure I received fair and accurate value. You offered me more for my scrap and Morgan Dollars than two other local shops that I had previously visited. On top of that, I left with a beautiful ring that looks to be in "like new" condtion, for much less than I would have paid retail for anywhere else! Tony custom made my wedding band and engagement rings When my daughter was born my husband purchased through Tony’s guidance a beautiful mother /child piece with diamonds all throughout . He had told my husband , “I have the perfect piece”. I always get compliments on it to this this day, almost 19 years later. I cannot recommend Tony enough. If you use him, you will be BEYOND pleased.
