5 /5 ana valdez: This Kay Jewelers location is absolutely wonderful. I’ve been there multiple times and it’s always a great experience. Cindy, Emma, and Berly are all so kind. They provide great insight on the jewelry, their maintenance, and how to pair with our pieces. They always keep us up to date with sales and promotions without putting pressure on buying an item. They are all so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this location. I would also recommend getting the Life Time Protection plan. It keeps my jewelry in perfect condition, just like the day it was purchased.

5 /5 SydTinDad (SydTinDad): After trying to buy something for my 25th wedding anniversary and having a terrible experience at the Smith Haven Mall location last week, Beryl was more than happy to help me with my needs. She was completely different than the way that I was treated at the other location just because of the way I was dressed (VERY casual). I got that ‘he doesn’t look like he has any money to spend’ look. I did not feel comfortable and made to feel very awkward in my conversations with the staff. Newsflash……….… I used to have a KJ credit card and bought several items over the years. Today, Beryl never made me feel like a second class citizen.She was very engaging, had no problem answering my dopey questions, and treated me like an actual human being. She was so nice that I even shared my cancer survival story with her. I left with a beautiful 25th anniversary bracelet and even looked at some watches that I fell in love with. Thank you for making my experience a positive one, as your store has always done over the years.
