1 /5 Julio S.: Buyer beware!! Very shady business practice. Purchased a gold Cuban link chain that came with a clasp welded on by a 10 year old. I requested a refund and they tried to offer to repair it and give me a $500 store credit. I told them first impressions went a long way and I didn’t want to have to go on a journey with them so I want a full refund. They proceeded to try and charge me a restocking fee for a subpar item I paid $3200 for. Long story not so short, they refused a refund and said if I wanted it I had to file a claim with my financial institution even after they received the returned item. Update - More BS coming from these people. They never attempted to contact me. I was actually notified by their false response on my review to save face. I called them and they want me to drop the dispute so they can refund me - when they could’ve just done it 4 months ago. Called my financial institution and they can’t get a hold of them, go figure. GIVE ME MY MONEY AND WE BOTH GET OFF THE MISERY BUS!!!
