They are settling with me since it will cost more to fix the car than the car is worth. They are forgiving a large chunk of my car loan. Ive never had a loan company help me like this. They apologized that the dealer turned out to be shady and sold me a bad car. They have been very generous and understanding. Highly reccomend

Nikki H This bank has been here for ages and is now called "Fifth-third Bank." I have been going to it with my late Grandmother since I was a child. Recently, I went here and I was amazed with how homey and community-centric this bank was. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Tod Urban I was a Cole Taylor customer for many years (25 years). They were the bank for my small business and unfortunately MB recently bought them out. As a small business owner, Cole Taylor always had my back. MB, on the other hand, does not. MB does not mean business, it means bail on you. They do not care about their customers. Sure, they were with me when my business was good, then with a little downturn in business, they completely turned their backs on me. They have not taken any time to learn about my business or care about me or my business. They have unnecessarily bounced checks on me. They bounced every single one of my checks even when there was money in my account for some of the checks. It is absolutely appalling how little they care about their customers. I could not be more disappointed with this bank. Any small business owner or really any human being is in for disappointment. I would never refer them to my worst enemy. While customer service did call and leave me a message, I called them back and still have not heard back from them now one week later. I left two messages for the head of retail banking and have not heard back. I even talked to the president of the company and still got no relief! This bank is a joke. And I am moving on.

Yo Yo This place is an amazing place to work with. I applied on online and had a agent call me within a day, staff was very helpful and very understanding. Would reccomend this place to anyone who needs a loan. Best part is their interest rate was not high at all!

Edoardo Tortoledo Worse customer service experience I’ve had, at ANY bank, Chat agent (Jenna R), not sure if she was inexperienced or if that’s a protocol but absolutely no help, i clearly had mentioned that I couldn’t make a payment thru the phone and she tells me to “call” goes to give me the number and the a “pre made response” when that’s precisely why I opened the chat, to get someone to help, i explained to her again, just to received a very similar response, I previously had Bank of the West, which we know was taken over, and it was by far a much better bank. After having 15 different accounts at other banks, I never came across such terrible lack of customer service support.
