1 /5 Christina M: I had my loan approved by a different location, but needed to transfer it to a different one. I called and spoke to Ryan to have it transferred to his. (That was before I read the reviews.) My loan was approved by the Craigin location so Ryan simply needed to call me in to confirm the details and sign. He received the loan Friday, said he would call me back Monday. No call. I called Tuesday like hey when we can finalize this? He’s like let me take a look and call you back. Again no call. Called back and spoke to the branch manager to explain Ryan has been extremely incompetent, he says he would look in to it and give me a call back. Who calls back? Mr. Incompetent. Ryan says verbatim “we’re all set, we’ve completed the employee verification, we have your paystubs and bank statement, let’s schedule a time for you to come in & get this finalized for you” We scheduled Thursday 430pm. Ryan calls me Wednesday “hey, you’re all set we just need to schedule a time for you to come in this week” I could not believe my ears, do you not take notes? How are you this disorganized? I tell him we already scheduled an appt for TOMORROW. He’s like oh sorry just bring your banking.
I arrive with my banking the very next day. Ryan leaves his desk and brings me to what I assume is their customer space for when they have appts. He walks me through the screen, I select my options. He then says he needs my banking but he has to enter it in the screen on his computer AWAY From the desk that damn near showed me everything else. My banking is the one step he is unable to complete at the customer service desk. I say ok, I will walk with you over to your desk and read it to you as I had it as an image on my phone. I provide him my banking at his desk. After about 5 mins he asks me to go sit down back at the customer service desk while he finishes the last steps to get me paid. He comes back over and tells me the loan has been denied because they were unable to verify employment. Now, if you read the beginning of this review you know just as I know Ryan stated himself they verified employment. If they failed to do so, WTF did you tell me to come in. You’ve wasted days and the additional hour of my life it took for me to come in. ALSO why are you finding out AFTER I provided my banking that it’s been declined??? I called headquarters in Indiana and they said this never happens. When I log on to the website, my loan still says it’s in the approval process so how could it have been declined? I call this location back and ask to speak to the branch manager. He says he would look into it and call me back. That was two days ago. Moral of the story: This whole situation was super sketch. Please steer clear, I’m monitoring my account & thank God I was able to secure funds elsewhere because this place should not be in business. Terrible experience. Imagine how shady they become after they fund you. TERRIBLE.
