Rebekah Benson Two years ago I had an accident. Within 24 hours an adjuster was at my home to view the vehicle. Within 36 hours they had the car in the shop. I was able to get a rental car immediately. They were quick to get this done and stayed on top of the situation until I signed off on my car. They recently made sure that my coverage for both house and vehicle were exactly what I needed. This was done without a major increase to my payments. The staff that I have worked with have always been courteous and respectful. I have never been pushed into anything I did not think I needed and they have always been there to answer any questions.
