1 /5 James Cacciatore: One of the worst banks in all of Lake County. The staff here is grossly unprofessional and will lie without hesitation. They dont consistently follow their posted hours, they dont actually want people to come into the bank, they dont do anything for kids accounts. They closed one of my two childrens accounts without sending us a letter or calling us. We have no records from the phone company and they could provide no date that the letter was sent. They got caught not being even able to tell us the date the account was closed. Stay far away from such a detestable company. You are better off going to Consumer Credit Union.
