We eventually werent approved for the full amount we were seeking, not really a big deal. Her pompous demeanor was over the top in response to our very basic questions. She went on to tell us of her ten years of experience but needs additional training in customer service. Never had a problem with other mortgage originators from this institution at other branches in the past. Stay away at all costs! There are other places willing to earn your business professionally.
1 /5 Brian Newbolds: The people who work the front are very nice and helpful. The manager here on the other hand is a waste of flesh. She will run you in circles without ever actually providing any reasons to your problem and refuses to take any responsibility for the bank it’s self. The second you start to get upset and use a cuss work they’ll threaten to close your account and have you kicked out. I did a cashapp transaction that went through just fine yet on my SFB app there’s another transaction for the same amount, I’ve verified with cash app that all my payments have processed which they have. SFB states it’s cash app holding an additional amount for 5 days to make sure it clears. So apparently a 500 transfer requires 1000. I’ve also had it so my account can’t overdraft it should just deny the transaction yet it didnt in this case. The helpful woman at the front even told me I had an available Ballance but when I asked to get it out the manager said I couldn’t and I’d go negative. How can I go negative for pulling out my own cash? This place has bothered me so many times to open an account when I cash checks there and as soon as I do and have a problem they point the finger at the other merchant and do nothing to help. I will gladly be closing my account here and really hope the manager that works there grows up and takes some accountability. Do something to help your customers especially when their visibly getting upset, you people deal with our money it’s kinda important threatening to close account and not doing anything else is not professional. Take a note from the short dark haired girl up front she was nothing but helpful complete opposite of the manager here.

David Hemphill Been bringing my vehicles here for years to have any and all tire work done. Pat, Donkey, and the rest of the crew are quick, friendly, knowledgeable, up front, and fair. They checked for leaks, grinded and resealed my rims, and rotated my tires in less than 20 minutes. Theyre very competitive on their pricing for new tires as far as I can tell as well. Small town service the way it should be!
