He was patient and kind and gave detailed explanations for each recommendation that he made. His office manager Sherri is delightful. She makes sure that you have all the needed paperwork. For example, I was buying a new car and didnt have my insurance information (my fault). I called the office and had the documents i needed within about 5 minutes.
