Adam Starr I am a new customer for the following reasons. prompt response and service, the only insurance agency out of about a half dozen that answered my call promptly. worked hard to solve an underwriting challenge - waterfront property with possible need for new roof. even referred me to a contractor. Most of the big companies and online agencies simply refused to insure the property, including one that has insured us for about 30 years. we have a claims free history as homeowners. worked with the insurance company to allow time for roof replacement and with me to set desirable level of deductible.

He wasnt able to give us the necessary information at that time. However, we set up an appointment to meet with him on the next business day. He illegally told the Homeowner I was dealing with to do nothing and to stop working with me so he could put the claim in. This is definitely illegal so I would not being doing business here if that is how they conduct themselves and their business. Completely unprofessional.
