1 /5 Billy Rogers: (9/17/24) Had this lady for the last 4 years, never missed a payment. First sight of a claim and she folded like a piece of paper. My roof was hail damaged & started leaking into my house. Claim issued was to replace drywall inside but not the roof, $900 for drywall replacement was all but with a $1500 deductible. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, SUSAN VERMETTE & CO. are absolutely worthless to provide any type of insurance. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENT! She talks a good game but when its time to get to business she will leave you stranded.
